Who doesn’t love oatmeal in the morning? It fills you up and keeps you going for a while! I love making this at night during the week for a quick breakfast in the mornings. Because I’m one of those people that would rather hit the snooze button a couple more times before getting out of bed! And I’m not in such a rush when I know I have this waiting for me in the fridge.
Ingredients you will need:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp flaxseed
1/2 chopped banana
3/4-1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp unsalted pb
Place all ingredients in a jar, shake it up and put in the fridge overnight. That easy!
