Nighttime Skincare Routine

So I feel like it’s been a hot minute since I talked about skincare on the blog. Maybe because I wasn’t loving the products I was using. I feel like it takes some time to find that perfect skincare product or products that just makes you say “wow, this beauty is amazing!” I’ve been doing this routine at night for a good 3 months now and my skin has been loving it.

My step by step nighttime skincare routine:

Wash the faceDERMAdoctor Kakadu C Brightening Daily Cleanser with the Clarisonic Mia brush. Obsessed with this cleanser because its a rejuvenating cleanser, toner and make-up remover all in one. It is a soap free gel that makes my skin feel so fresh.
Exfoliate the faceClariSEA Rapid Detox Charcoal Exfoliant. My #1 exfoliant that I’m pretty positive I will be using for the rest of my life. Activated Bamboo Charcoal Powder immediately absorbs and whisks away dirt and excess oil to help eliminate blackheads, Almond Flour brightens, powdered Pacific Ocean & Himalayan Pink Sea Salts exfoliate.
Spot the faceRodan & Fields Proactiv Pore Targeting Treatment. This spot remover works like a charm. The next morning those pesky spots are much smaller or either completely gone.
Hydrate the face100% Pure Hyaluronic Acid and Origins Drink-up Intensive mask. I love pairing these two together. Hyaluronic Acid is one of the most hydrating and moisturizing ingredients that is non greasy and absorbs into the skin immediately. My night time mosturizer is one that I do change up often, but lately my skin has been on the drier side so the Origins mask has been my go-to. It has avocado and apricot kernel oils, as well as Japanese seaweed to hydrate and prevent premature aging.
